GC Services currently has over 30 call centers (multiple offices in several cities), two of which are international (Barbados, West Indies and Manila, Philippines). Our office size varies by the type of work conducted in the center and the size of the programs (i.e., customer care services or accounts receivable management programs). Some sites are dedicated to one specific client as well.
