Dennis Froslan, Managing Vice President
Mr. Froslan has over 39 years of experience in the credit and collection industry, where he has had responsibility for managing the sales and marketing division, performance analysis, strategic planning, project implementation, and capital projects. Mr. Froslan’s key skills include business strategy, industry analysis, and development of collection programs designed to maximize recoveries for numerous business portfolios.
Scott Cole, Managing Vice President
Mr. Cole has over 24 years experience in the credit and collections industry. He has had responsibility for managing numerous marketing ventures and GC Services’ governmental marketing division, performance analysis, strategic planning, project implementation, and capital projects. Mr. Cole’s key skills include business strategy and governmental industry analysis, development of collection programs designed to maximize recoveries in all governmental sectors including, but not limited to, court ordered debt, delinquent tax accounts, student loan delinquencies, and child support arrearages.
Lori Bennett, Director of Business Development
Ms. Bennett has over 26 years of experience in call center services including marketing, auditing, operations, and administration. Her primary focus is new client sales and service in the marketing division, strategic planning, and project implementation. Ms. Bennett’s key skills include business strategy and industry analysis, as well as developing programs designed to maximize results for some of our largest clients.
Jay Barnes, Director of Business Development
Mr. Barnes has over 27 years experience working for GC Services in the credit and collections industry. Mr. Barnes is responsible for various GC Services governmental clients as Director of Business Development. Mr. Barnes’ key skills include in-depth knowledge of the governmental tax industry, student loans, as well as analytical and planning abilities. Mr. Barnes is highly experienced in collection programs for state tax, child support, consumer loans, credit card, auto deficiency, and many other areas. Mr. Barnes is a member of the Debt Management Committee for the National Council of Higher Education Loan Programs and has been active in NCHELP since 1999. He has spoken at multiple NCHELP conferences on topics relating to the student loan industry.
Jeffrey Howell, Director of Business Development
Mr. Howell has over 13 years of sales and marketing experience. He has had responsibility for relationship management and managing all aspects of the sales cycle. Mr. Howell has extensive experience with high volume First and Third Party collection prospects and a strong emphasis on working closely with data and systems partners. He is also highly experienced in researching and providing demographic and modeled data as necessary. Mr. Howell’s key skills include assessment of marketing opportunities and target markets, development of strategic plans, and business models related to accounts receivable management.
Rene Andringa, Director of Business Development
Mr. Andringa is a high impact, hands-on business development professional with 12 years of broad-based experience in collections and customer care operations. He has the demonstrated ability to create, build, develop, and nurture critical business relationships, while ensuring that operational goals and client satisfaction are continuously met and exceeded. Mr. Andringa has a strong background in inbound and outbound operations, and experience with various measurements, reporting, quality processes, and contract administration.
